| Glen Cunningham
Glen, a native of Queens, N.Y. came to Virginia in1980 to attend Virginia Union University, Richmond, VA. He was an honor graduate in 1984, earning his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance. Afterwards, he also studied in the Ohio State University graduate program in business administration.

Glen has worked in several capacities in the mortgage industry since 1991. He has been a loan originator since 1996, where he has put all of his mortgage background knowledge to good use for his customers' benefit. For renovators, investors, and move-up buyers, Glen is an invaluable resource for advice and counsel. He also enjoys conducting seminars for prospective first home buyers and assisting them in the loan application process, on through the closing, and later to refinance their current home or purchase their next home.
Glen and his wife, Veronica, a native of the island of Martinique, have two children and enjoy snow skiing, amusement parks, biking, and the beach.
