Hello, I am a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer for SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. Currently, I represent Hamblen, Jefferson, Cocke, Grainger and Hawkins Counties. I have lived in the Hamblen and Jefferson County areas for most of my life. If you are seeking a home in one of these areas or any of the surrounding areas, let me assist you with your lending needs.
My wide range of experience has allowed me to better understand the ins and outs of buying a home from every angle. From buying to selling to financing, I've seen it all. I was a closing agent for five years, secretary at a real estate company, personal assistant to local realtors and I began working with Suntrust Mortgage in October 2001 as a loan officer.
Since I have been with SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. I have worked with FHA, VA, First-Time Homebuyer loans, all Conventional loan products, 97%, 100% and 103% financing, Combo Loans (1st and 2nd mortgages to avoid Mortgage Insurance), Construction/Perm Loans with one-time closing costs and many other very attractive products.
