Currently, SunTrust Mortgage provides a list of its SunTrust managed properties at the following web site, http://suntrust.res.net. All of our residential properties are listed with local real estate agents, marketed at fair market value and advertised through local (MLS) Multiple Listing Service.

Listing agents are a very important part of our REO program and we appreciate all that they do to support our program. Unfortunately, we are not currently accepting unsolicited agent and broker packages.

Most often we identify new Agents and Brokers through Res.net, so your participation in Res.net may allow you to ultimately be approved to do SunTrust's REO work.
